in accordance with Article 44 of Regulation 1169/2011/EU, Annex II to Regulation 1169/2011/EU
1. Cereals containing gluten (i.e., wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, kamut, or their crossbreeds) or products thereof, except:
a) wheat-based glucose syrups, including dextrose ( 1 );
b) wheat-based maltodextrins ( 1 );
c) barley-based glucose syrups;
d) cereals used for distillates or ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin for spirits and other alcoholic beverages.
2. Crabs and products made from them.
3. Eggs and egg products.
4. Fish and fish products, except:
a) fish gelatin used as a carrier for vitamins or carotenoids;
b) fish gelatin or fish bladder gelatin used as a fining agent for beer and wine.
5. Peanuts (groundnuts) and products thereof.
6. Soybeans and products thereof, except:
a) fully refined soybean oil and fats ( 1 );
b) natural mixtures of tocopherol (E306), natural D-alpha-tocopherol,
natural D-alpha-tocopherol acetate, natural D-alpha-tocopherol succinate from soybeans;
c) plant sterols and plant sterol esters from soybean oil;
d) plant stanol esters produced from sterols from soybean oil.
7. Milk and milk products (including lactose), except:
a) whey used for distillates or ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin for spirits and other alcoholic beverages;
b) lactitol.
8. Nuts, i.e. almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashews (Anacardium occidentale),
pecans (Carya illinoiesis (Wangenh.) K. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera),
macadamia nuts and Queensland nuts (Macadamia ternifolia) and products thereof, except:
a) nuts used for distillates or ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin for spirits and other alcoholic beverages.
9. Leafy greens and products made from them.
10. Mustard seeds and products made from them.
11. Sesame seeds and products thereof.
12. Sulphur dioxide and sulphites at concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l, expressed as SO2.
13. Lupin and products thereof.
14. Molluscs and products thereof.
